The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant decor and an inviting atmosphere. The linens were luxuriously soft and high quality, making for a very comfortable stay. One unexpected highlight: the shampoo smelled amazing—just like pineapple gummy bears! Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and convenience.

The room is quiet with hot shower. The in-room AI control works great and its interaction with us adds fun to our stay. Staff are very courteous and responsive. And the hotel location is perfect - just one block away from Dongmen Pedestrian Street, which is so convenient and yet distant enough from the noises.

Hotel was fantastic - staff were helpful and kind, and the rooms were spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was fantastic. It is located next to the "Dutch Flower Town" with lovely walks and cafes. Great restaurants were about a 10min walk away.

Offering 34 elegant rooms across six time-honoured villas nestled in a private garden, located in the bustling heart of Shekou, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. The garden is beautiful, full of flowers and plants. The room is distinctive, clean, and the sofa and refrigerator are distinctive. Overall, I am very satisfied. The staff is very good.

The five-star Shenzhenair International Hotel (Shenzhen Shenhang Guojijiudian) is located within walking distance of the Chegongmiao Metro Station. Best staff I've ever experienced, superb customer relations, the extra distance the staff go to is spectacular. I specifically wish to congratulate two duty managers, Kevin and David and Eva in tje Executive Lounge was incredible. Best of all, head Concierge Dean went above and beyond tto solve my transit issues, accompanying me to buy the ticket I need and will assist me getting my luggage from the hotel to the transport. I have a lot of travel experience and can safely say that this is the most exceptional customers erice I have ever experienced. Thank you to the team also, I know that great leaders depend on great teams.
