It is exactly as they say, like living in your own apartment plus the benefits of a hotel. The staff is so kind. Everything is near and lots of option for food around. Wondeful views of the city and the entrance to the metro is just downstairs !

Room had two queen size beds which was perfect for a family of four. In addition, the customer service was excellent and offered us late checkout from the normal 2pm (!!) to 3pm.

Thank goodness for this hotel, I think we would have gone home early without it - an absolute sanctuary of cleanliness and comfort in Chengdu. The male manager could not try to be more helpful despite language barrier. Attention to detail in the design and a very cool, Japanese aesthetic.

Na místě je k dispozici soukromé parkoviště.... They went above and beyond! We had a 24 hour layover in Chengdu and booked this hotel. The gentleman who worked there picked us up from the airport at midnight, took us back to the hotel, made sure we felt comfortable and safe, settled us into our room with hot tea and fruit. Let us borrow money to buy some snacks on the way because no one took card and we didn't have cash. & Then in the morning asked us if we needed food. Drove us into town to get some food and to a couple of supermarkets and helped translate for us, took us back to the airport the next night and then on top of all that, didn't ask for any money or tips for everything he did. (Of course we gave him a big tip for his Kindness!) If you have a layover, definitely 100% stay here! They are amazing!

The location was central. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The reception staff were both kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Chengdu.

Everything was great: comfortable, clean and quiet room, very helpful staff, close to a subway station.

Wonderful staff and location! The room is clean and fantastic value. I highly recommend staying here! Breakfast was yummie too!

Gongxili - Xige Hotel ---8mins walk from Tonghuimen metro station, near Tianfu square, close by culture park and Sichuan opera house, English speaking service, speaking service, local tours se nachází... The room was great for the value and the hotel had a nice presentation.

Hilton Garden Inn Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley se nachází v atraktivní lokalitě v centru města Čcheng-tu a nabízí bezplatné Wi-Fi a terasu. We loved the staff who were so kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early when we arrived from the train and helped us to order a taxi 🚕 All the staff were helpful and polite including the cleaning team. Also, the facilities in the room are excellent. High quality presumably Chinese (‘Japanese-style’) toilets in rooms, seperate toilet and shower (such a sensible design!)
