The staff were incredibly kind and helpful — they made us feel so welcome and were always happy to answer any questions we had. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Perfect place to stay in San Cristobal. Run by a family, they were so helpful and kind. They even picked us up from the airport and arranged a taxi for our early ferry. The room was perfect, with a cute kitchen area and pool. Walk to town was easy - don’t let it put you off!

Convenient bike rental (10 usd per bike per day), although not the best condition of the bikes. Good location in a side street about 10-15 mins walk to the center and the port. Friendly hosts. The place looks better in reality than on pictures.

He was extremely communicative, making sure all my needs were met. The Apartment was lovely. It was spacious, airy and quite large, a duplex with the bedroom and lavatory on the 2nd floor and a full kitchen, siting area and a patio. It was easy to access the town center once I gave it a go. My time spent was super. I highly recommend considering staying here if you are visiting Santa Cruz. Thank you again Walter for all your amazing service and help!!
