It is very clean and the beds are comfortable as. The staff are amazing drove us to the airport and back to collect a lost bag the day after we arrived. The highlight of our stay was Christine, the guest relation manager who took care of our needs and was so friendly ! The staff was also wonderful. Definitely coming back.

Chtěli bychom tímto poděkováním vyjádřit svoji vděčnost za pohostinnost, se kterou nás přijali majitelé svého hotelu. Jedná se o hotel JJ Guest House. Tento hotel je opravdu rodinný. Velice oceňujeme milý, ochotný přístup k hostům, ubytování v pěkných, čistých pokojích, s příslušenstvím. Byli jsme ubytovaní na ostrově Elefanthina. Pan majitel nám osobně zařídil soukromou lodičku, i když lodní převozníci začínají od 6 hodiny. Osobně nás doprovodil do přístavu. Odjížděli jsme v 4 hodiny ráno. Majitel připravil i v tuto hodinu občerstvení. Balíčky na cestu, které svou různorodostí a obsahem překonaly i balíček, který jsme dostali na naše putování Egyptem v pětihvězdičkovém hotelu. Zde by měl jít manažer na proškolení. Hotel JJ Guest House doporučujeme všem cestovatelům.

Not only were there friendly but they had great advice and stories to share about the local life in both Aswan and Elephantine The view of the Nile from the terrace is incredible

The hotel itself is very charming in an interesting location, heart of Nubian village, river front. The room was comfy and very clean, exactly like in the photos. We felt very relaxed and welcomed. The room was silent good sound isolation, we’ve stayed at the last room of the hotel corridor. The restaurant was excellent, big portions, great fresh local products, exquisite cuisine. It was the best kebab we had in Egypt. It has also beautiful views to the River. First, we came from Cairo with some stomach illness and the manager of the hotel Samir and all hotel staff did everything to make us felt better, he even went to a drugstore and bought us medicine and gave us as a gift. Thank you very Samir and Hamo, restaurant manager, your sympathy and attention made all the difference. Hamo also offered us local tea for all discomfort every day and it has helped a lot. Samir booked some transfers for us, they were all good and responsible drivers. Last, we had to leave the hotel early morning for a trip and they prepared us a breakfast box, with good variety and quality products, even boiled eggs. I don’t understand why other guests complain about it. Bottom line, I loved it and totally recommend.

New Abu Simbel Tourist Hotel se nachází v destinaci Abú Simbel v regionu Aswan Governorate. Jen 2,3 km odtud je Chrámy Abú Simbel. Very nice and serene oasis in Abu Simbel. Brand new hotel, very modern with contemporary touches also honoring the Nubian heritage (for example women in the morning marched in the alley with encens). The team is truly phenomenal (Mohammed and Ali) - loving and authentic. We felt at home. Also very secure. Prime location in the city - 5 min by car to the temple of Abdul Simbel.

He helped us cross the island to the city side to take some tours and then to be driven to the airport in the middle of the night/early in the morning. Breakfast was very good and the guest house is beautiful. The island is super calm and nice with a delicious restaurant that has a great view of the Nile. I would definitely recommend his place!!!
