The friendliness of the team was always helpful whenever we had a request, security was great, and we always felt safe (an important factor during these times) Michael at the Front Desk was a significant help, extremely approachable and understanding of our needs and the long travel we had done. Iliyana and Omnia (excuse me if I've misspelt names) made the morning even better at breakfast with their warm smiles, excellent service, and helpful attitudes. The Coffee was awesome! We liked being greeted by friendly faces and big smiles from the cleaning team of Abdlfattah and Maha. Importantly, our rooms were always well-looked-after and clean. Thank you!

Hotel Mövenpick je situován pouhých 15 minut od pyramid v Gíze, v srdci oblasti zvané Media City Studios. Exceptional team and especially Mahmoud and Moustafa from Breakfast and Heba from Housekeeping as well as Madonna from Guest Relations have been absolutely wonderful and caring. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back. Aqua park & pool areas work really well for children & adults equally.

The entire staff is top notch. I work in travel and service so my expectations run quite high. I chose this location because of the location and cleanliness of the rooms. Turned out to be much better than I had imagined, truly. The staff was exceptional. Abdulla Hamdan was at my service the entire week and made me feel like I was truly at my home away from home. Ghufran and Mohammad were also very very professional and I highly recommend this building. The entire staff truly went above and beyond and this does not exclude the cleaning staff that made my stay so easy. The streets aren't complete yet, and there is some morning construction still, however the reliable internet, comfortable bedding, and extensive AC units throughout the apartment made it more than comfortable for my entire family. You cannot tell from the pictures too much, but this apartment is huge. If anybody is looking for an apartment that is newly finished, with an exceptional location and a one of a kind family-esque staff, look no further. I can't wait to visit this area again to come here and enjoy the time with these great folks.

Love the food and views of the pyramids every morning and evening! The host are very knowledgeable about Egypt they take time to share with you what they know.

The hotel was clean and the staff were really friendly. Special to Yusuf and Noah for all their help during my stay.
