I want to give a special mention to Mr. Ghofran, who stood out with his professionalism, kindness, and dedication to excellent service. He was incredibly helpful and attentive, always ensuring that everything was up to standard and that I had everything I needed. The Housekeeping team also deserves a big thank you – they maintained my apartment impeccably, with great attention to detail and a consistently high level of cleanliness. It was clear they took pride in their work, and it made a real difference in the overall comfort of my stay. Overall, the entire team at the property was friendly, respectful, and highly efficient. The staff could walk the extra mile just to make you satisfied! Receptionists were so kind and helpful. I would stay here again for such a great value for money

In addition to all the above, Dr. Susan who owns the property was the sweetest. Despite my error in booking a room, she was too kind to upgrade us to a bigger room with 3 separate beds without cost to us. She always cared to ask if our day tours went well and that she'd be ready to assist if needed. She made us feel at home and we felt the assurance that we are in safe hands the whole time from arrival and back to the airport. Thanks Doc!
