The bags are in a separate place and you don't have to listen all bag managings. The toilet is near the bags so basically you will bring to the room the strictly necessary for the rest time. I also like that the staff is friendly and helpful for what i can be only thankfull (I booked a day later than i arrived and they changed the dates with no issue)

Staff were very helpful and the dinner was excellent. The bedroom was spotless and the bed was very comfortable.

The 4-star Occidental Pamplona hotel gives you the opportunity to visit the main points of interest of the capital of Navarre from a comfortable and relaxing stay that you can not miss. Loved our stay. The rooms were comfortable, modern and clean and the view from our room was great. They upgraded our room and even provided us with a cot for our baby free of cost. There is a beautiful park right in front of the hotel and bakeries nearby. The underground parking was a big plus. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in a brand-new building and got a lovely top-floor duplex. It was spacious and full of character, with very comfortable beds. Check-in and check-out were super easy to do online. We really enjoyed our stay!
