This place is wonderfully managed by friendly Andres and his wife. I had the chance to interact multiple times with Andres, who has travelled a lot around the world and is hence able to anticipate the needs of guests - something rare nowadays in the tourism industry. He took the time to advise me on places to visit, places to eat, how to get there, and even suggested some wonderful walks in and around the old city. I have had the chance to experience many of his advices, which all turn out to be excellent recommandations. I also would like to point out that the kitchen section in the studio/apartment is very well equipped, with a toaster, cutlery, pans, napkin, dish cloth, etc. There is a safe box in the room and all windows also had blackouts, which is another example of little but important details that make a stay even more enjoyable. Add to this a confortable bed and a very clean room.

Surrounded by countryside and mountains, Hotel El Rancho is located in Torrecaballeros, just 10 km from Segovia. Madrid is an hour's drive away.

Very nice appartment, everything you need for self-catering. Extra touches with coffee, tea, fresh milk, etc...provided. Even a dishwasher with tablets. Aircon was handy when outside life was still a bit noisy towards bed-time, in a very comfortable bed. Nice view on the Alcazar, especially at night.Very good location to visit the old town, on foot. Easy parking.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and the hosts are excellent. The granddaughter communicated with us via WhatsApp in perfect English and the mother spoke enough English for us to communicate with no Spanish. Provided breakfast snacks and code which was lovely.

Everything. The hotel is an amazing place to spend time to visit Segovia and surrounds. Pure quality throughout from the warm welcome on arrival and throughout until we checked out. Plenty of space, particularly for travelling with a pet. Practical, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, excellent restaurant, plenty of area in which to relax and always someone friendly around to make sure your stay is a bit special.

The hotel is beautifully decorated! I like the spacious reception area with seats! Maria is friendly and provided us information about the hotel! There’s bookshelves at the staircase (only Spanish, would be great if they add English books in future). The rooms are equipped with kitchen utensils (may b additional of hand towel in kitchen will be add point, to dry hand after wash at kitchen). The location is perfect too!
