Every single one of the staff was so kind and friendly, helpful, fun to chat with and made me feel like I mattered as their guest. Great location close to the Loch, beautiful farm setting and spacious apartment. Kitchen has everything you might need and bathroom was very spacious, equipped even with a Rowe warmer. Little fireplace felt really cozy.

Within a tree-lined Victorian terrace, this 5-star boutique hotel is located in the fashionable West End, only 30 minutes' drive from Loch Lomond. what a magnificent hotel. every room is different. all have so much character. this old building feels a bit like hogwarts. I am sure some of the stairs moved, and some of the pictures talked. we spend hours roaming around the hotel looking for hidden gems like the reading room and even the gym (not really a gem but it was fun looking for it). breakfast is a bit pricey for what you get but the room and the buffet are beautiful. staff is amazing, funny, smart, nice and professional. I would definitely come back. hopefully soon.
