Lots of space to spread out and arrange my gear. Bathroom faucets / sink is deep so could easily accommodate a Nalgene (really annoying when places have cheap setups so you have to fill your water bottle with the cap) Lots of plugs to charge stuff where you need it. 2 x large coffee mugs (can accommodate cereal :) 2 x whisky tumblers 2 x drinking glasses 1 x small fridge with a mini freezer that works (for a mini freezer) Super clean. Very centrally located.
