The room was really spacious and comfortable. The common shower has hot water. The food at the restaurant is DELICIOUS (bread is amazing, the sandwiches are gigantic 🤤)! Dinner time was the occasion to share with the nice people staying there. Thank you to all the ladies who were cooking with love! The receptionist never failed to answer our questions, help us and give suggestions about our stay. There are a lot of activities you can do (tours and getting a kayak in order to visit hot springs, natural sauna, waterfall). Also, my girlfriend loved the 1-hour massage. Staying at least three full days would allow you to see and do much.

The location is insane wonderful, it’s clean and the cocktails are delicious and the food: one of the best we had so far! The staff is incredible friendly. You can book trips there to Livingston etc and rent a Kayak! It felt like being with the family- Thanks again for this wonderful stay!

Having stayed at another lovely hostel close to the town of Rio Dulce, I would say this end of the river is more beautiful and unspoilt. You can take kayaks out and explore the little mangrove creeks near the hostel or venture as far afield as the Biotopo nature reserve. So many suggestions of fun and interesting things to do you could easily spend a week here!

I appreciated how clean my room and bathroom were! Great A/C and a ceiling fan. The bedroom window had a screen. The young ladies were always helpful and friendly! They call for a tuk-tuk if you need one. As a bonus, they said the 8am boat to Rio Dulce picks up right at the property dock, so no need to go into town.
