If I could give a 11 star rating, I would, so let's just try to sum up everything about this wonderful, amazing place. Don't be confused about (so far) small number of reviews, this was their first summer after the extensive rennovation. PRO TIP #1: Do not book an accommodation in Dubrovnik and visit the surroundings from there, book it here and visit Dubrovnik from here. It's super easy and affordable, there are several public transport speedboats a day and I guarantee you won't find a nicer place and nicer hosts. This level of hospitality we haven't experienced anywhere, not even close. The house itself is amazing, it has been carefully restored to reflect the historical heritage, while having all the modern amenities you might need. Believe me, the pictures can’t fully describe how gorgeous everything is. But what makes it truly special is the wonderful hosts, endlessly nice and kind and there for you at any moment. They met us with a more than nice meal after our trip, they go out of their way to prepare something different (and utterly delicious) for breakfast every morning, using fresh, local and homemade ingredients (they are the family of professional fishermen, it doesn’t get fresher and more local than this). There were two other couples staying there and the hostesses felt sorry for us on a stormy evening (so no one could go to one of fantastic restaurants in the village) and they prepared a fantastic three-course dinner for all of us. PRO TIP #2: The house is on the hill and is easily accessible by car, but the road is very steep at some places, which could be a bit problematic if you have a lower car with a longer wheelbase (I’m not sure I could’ve made it with my old Alfa 159). In that case, it might be smarter to leave the car parked (for free, I believe) at the ferry port, and the hosts will be happy to pick you up there.

Beautiful apartment located a quiet neighborhood within a short flat walk to restaurants, shops, children's playground and beaches. The apartments are run by a lovely lady Stephanie who made us feel very welcome and greeted us with fresh veggies from her garden. The apartment was immaculate clean, fully equipped (with washing machine) and had a balcony with a view. We can't wait for a return trip. Highly recommended :)

Apartment Kod Jadranke se může pochlubit výhledem na moře a nabízí ubytování s terasou a balkonem. Opevnění Ston se nachází přibližně 25 km odtud. Ubytování má bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách. It was perfect: location _ 150m to small private beach but a little bit up so view was perfect, very close to the village but hundred meters apart and super quiet. Spacious living room and rooms. Comfy beds. Super clean. Hot water. Ac and wifi ok. Kitchen with all you need. View. And the fantastic host who took care of us in best possible way, so at the end we really missed him like our own grandpa. We want to be back! Apartment is just outside the small village you can easily walk there but we were taken by motorboat from the quay by the bus stop to a small jetty just below the the house. It was very covinient and a nice bonus in mamma mia style. Ivica also helped carry our luggage. The apartment isn't very high, but the help was very convinient especially if you have a lot of luggage. Basically all trip from the ferry to the apt (bus which schedule is linked to the ferry and then boat) was super smooth and fast. Studenac market, cafeterias restaurants beaches are close. Views are fantastic. Thanks for all and hope to be back.

The location was amazing, the hosts were really kind and stayed at the apartment under us for our stay - they were both sweet and gave us recommendations. We truly loved the view and the location, directly from outside our door was the sea.

Brina is one of the most helpful and caring - if not THE most - hosts ever. The location and the apartment were perfect, and she also made sure any our request is solved right away :) If you're looking for a beautiful and calm location in Croatia, this village is an absolutely perfect spot.

Guest House Simunovic poskytuje pokoje v destinaci Suđurađ. Jen 10 metrů odtud se nachází Pláž Suđurađ a Rolandův sloup je 23 km daleko. Felt very welcome and easy to find, either along the rocks or follow the road and down the stairs. Great for if you’re solo travelling as you feel right at home with the beautiful family that owns the place. Had the most beautiful homemade meals made with so much love and passion sitting out enjoying the view as the sun went down sipping on a bottle of wine also being provided. I got the explore the island by foot and really enjoyed my adventures and swimming. I will be back 🇭🇷
