They give free massage which is very nice (i really love the therapist, she is reallyyy good). The swimming pool looks comfortable but I didn't try. They have a morning yoga class also. All staff are very nice, I love them.

I’ve been to Ubud many times, but this time I chose to stay here after a long trip around the island and just before flying back home — and it was the perfect ending to my journey. When I first arrived, I was a little disappointed — the property seemed small, and I worried there wouldn't be space to walk or that it might be noisy. But the manager, Rai, was incredibly kind and sensitive. Seeing that I was a bit upset, he immediately offered me the best possible room — peaceful, with a beautiful view and space for yoga and meditation. The room was absolutely lovely and of a higher category than I expected. The young team was attentive and always fulfilled my requests with care and a smile. I needed to speak with a Balinese doctor who only spoke Indonesian, and the reception staff helped me with that without hesitation. When my friends came to visit, they were even treated to complimentary tea — such a warm gesture. I felt truly at home. As always, Bali is like my second home, and Ubud is especially close to my heart. I’m so grateful to everyone at Hava Hotel. I highly recommend this place — the atmosphere, the energy, and the food are all wonderful. And as for the room service and cleanliness — absolutely perfect. Thank you for making my last days in Bali so special.

Breakfast was delicious and high quality, every day there was something different served, there was many Indonesian cuisine options. The room was spacious and comfortable, the property is very green but somehow not many mosquitos around which was a big plus. The staff is very attentive and thoughtful. A truly amazing stay!

The hotel has a traditional exterior but modern and spotless facilities inside, which I really liked. All the staff were so kind that it almost felt like being with family. Although the location is a little away from the center, the shuttle to Ubud every two hours made it very convenient. In fact, I preferred the peaceful atmosphere surrounded by greenery. I stayed in a room with a balcony jacuzzi, and the moment of sitting in the warm jacuzzi while it rained, looking out over the jungle and sipping a Bintang, is something I will always remember. I truly appreciate all the staff who helped me during my stay.
