They replied on booking APP and email promptly, provided all convinience like clothes drying and washing. Check-out time was fixed but the staff waited for us for one hour to help us checkout early, and gave us delicious lunch packs to go.

Host was amazing accommodating late train arrival and also helped us call a cab in the morning to pick up our rental car.

Rooms at the Steindl's have wooden furnishings and carpeted floors. All come with a flat-screen TV, fan and private bathroom. Wi-Fi in public areas is free. The furnished garden includes a children’s playground. Right in the middle of the Alps, next to the cable car, the stay at Steindl hotel was incredible. All the staff is very helpful and friendly, the rooms are cozy and immersed in nature. The location is perfectly situated not far from Brenner highway, yet in the center of Vipiteno/Sterzing, but in a quiet location that faces greenery everywhere. The breakfast is a true delight to start your day with, I mostly appreciated the variety of fresh fruits, but everything else was delicious, and I would say exquisite, is rather a brunch than a breakfast, with local products (the honey was from another world). The rooms were very clean, we staid 2 times and every time we had a room that exited to the garden, which was particularly appreciated by my 3 years old son. Some of the rooms have a kitchenette. The hotel has very nice touches, and there is possibility to park in the garage for a small fee per night. Definitely a destination I will come back to.

Very beautiful outside pool and pond, clean and big enough room with a balcony to be on. Very cool spa area with a snow room and saunas which were clean and beautiful. Exceptional service in the restaurant - we booked halfboard and announced one of us was vegan. The four course dinner was given in a vegan version which tasted great. In the morning we got two vegan croissants already at the table & both times you could feel everybody taking food restrictions absolutely serious. That was more than amazing! Thanks a lot for this great time at your hotel!
