Extremely beautifully designed building with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is very kind and smiling all the time. Perfect location, 7 min from Hakone yumoto train station on foot. Excellent and delicious minimalist breakfast. Nice tea selection for free. Designated smoking are just makes you want to smoke :). Close to bus stop for routes needed for sightseeing. Didnt feel like leaving the building, thats how pretty it is. Would definitely stay there again!

If you’re looking to explore Yokohama or take day trips into Tokyo, this is the most convenient location you can find. It is located just outside of Yokohama Station, and is surrounded by hundreds of amazing restaurants, large malls, grocery and drugstores. The hotel itself is very new, modern, and clean. There is a gym, self service luggage room, and self check-in/out. We stayed in the residential double room, and it was the perfect choice for longer stays as there is a well-equipped kitchenette (utensils, pots/pans, stovetop, rice cooker, fridge/freezer, etc) and laundry wash/dryer with detergent in the room. The rooms are beautifully designed with calming light wood tones, with high end furnishings including a Toto Neorest toilet! There was ample closet and storage space, as well as space to relax and place out luggage. This may be one of the best rooms we’ve stayed in, and we have been to 20+ hotels in Japan. Cleaning staff did an excellent job keeping the rooms spotless and tidy, and reception staff were efficient and polite. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay in Yokohama! We hope to be back again!

They have separate luggage storage, making the room more spacious. They even provide an iron and an ironing board. The staff are all nice and informative. The location is near many train stations, restaurants, convenient stores. The welcome drink is super tasty.

Mercure Tokyo Haneda Airport se nachází na výhodném místě ve čtvrti Ota Ward v destinaci Tokio. Very spacious room with great design, ideal when traveling with a lot of suitcases, closet, very comfortable bed, great amenities which were refilled every day, big bathroom, wide window with nice night view, the sofa and table are nice for relaxing or working, and has main as well as ambient lighting. The AC is great (for people sensitive to air current is ideal, as it's not directed to the bed), and even though it was winter, the room was warm and didn't necessarily needed heating. The staff was very kind (especially at the reception bar) and helpful. The location is convenient next to the airport, and there is a direct metro line to some of the central parts of Tokyo.

Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya se nachází v centru města Tokio a nabízí fitness centrum, terasu a bar. Shibuya Center-gai je 300 metrů daleko. The location of this hotel was spectacular, in the heart of SHIBUYA with so many shops and restaurants in walking distance. The room’s size was pretty good , absolutely clean and cozy .. but what I liked the most about this hotel was the staff. Probably the best customer service I’ve had not only in Tokyo but in any country I’ve ever been to , the service was so good that we had another plan to change hotels after 5 days but we decided to cancel the other hotel’s reservation and extend our stay at indigo. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and made our stay 10 times better 🙏🏻

The hotel had a service apartment feel. There was a microwave oven in the room and there were many drawers in the new closets. There was also a guest lounge on the 7th floor and coffee is served there as well as in the waiting room on the ground floor. The gym was free to use and it was adequately equipped.

What I love about this hotel is that the staff goes above and beyond for Families , Being from New york city I never have gotten treatment like this Not in Europe and some parts of Asia, Hotel Kaie Staff From The Customer service Reps to the Manger and Supervisor made me Feel at home. I really appreciate their unconditional love for families. I will forever cherish the way they treated me and my kids , if you are ever visiting Tokyo. This is the only place you would want to stay. No other hotel in Tokyo will go above and beyond like HOTEL KAIE EAST SIDE. THANK 😊 🙏 YOU TO THE WHOLE STAFF FOR MAKING MY MEMORIES IN TOKYO WONDERFUL I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL. ALSO THE HOTEL IS NEXT TO DISNEY WORLD
