We are really well at Suriya Guest :) we had the breakfast and dinner twice which was delicious. The host was super welcoming and kind. The rooms were spacious and had heating, which was important because we were there when it was only 17 degrees Celcius.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at S and D homestay in Nuwara Eliya and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and helpful owner and his amazing family, who ensured a warm welcome and served for us delicious lunch (the dining experience was truly a delight). One of the highlights of this homestay is its’ beautiful view from the terrace: you can sea the Lovers Leap waterfall and tea plantations (walking distance). The room is spacious and cosy, even with the patchwork rug on the floor. There’s also a nice common living room. Overall, our stay at S and D Homestay was exceptional. The combination of the hospitable family, delightful meals, beautiful view and the refreshing cool air made it a remarkable experience.

Sun mount adams peak se nachází v ideální lokalitě v centru města Nallathanniya a nabízí bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách a terasu. We had a warm welcome with tea/coffee offered upon arrival. During the stay the host was very approachable for any questions we had. It’s conveniently located and walking distance to the entrance of Adams Peak. Nice breakfast is served, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Appleton Villa Nuwaraeliya nabízí ubytování v destinaci Nuwara Eliya. Gregory jezero se nachází 7,6 km odtud a Hakgala Botanical Garden 11 km. This is the best place we have been in Sri Lanka. In terms of value for money, service and amenities. Which we noticed is that they are attention to details in every aspect. We really felt like home . We had dinner at Appleton, where I was super surprised with their reasonable price. Which’s the half of price we spent for lunch in Nuwaraeliya city center. Few things you should know when you travel Nuwara eliya. If you travel by your own vehicle there is no better place than this. This located between Nanuoya railway station and Nuwarael iya town. From the Appleton Villa to Nuwareliya town is exactly 5.9 Km which is 15 min to city center. What make you feel like as far is when the driver doesn’t know the road or else some Tuk Tuk driver want to charge extra that is why. Always take advise from the staff then you will be saved. Nuwara eliya itself is not a place to stay more than 2 days specially raining time. Overall we are quite happy with star class services.

First of all, the room is clean, comfy and spacious. There is a common space to enjoy coffee and tea. The breakfast was above expectations, good quantity and the taste was fantastic. Then the hosts are amazing. Their recommendations are super valuable. Chami the host drove us around and spent a lot of time with us. To be honest it felt amazing to have such a welcoming host and we felt very lucky to have that experience. It was maybe one of our best days in Sri Lanka. If you're arriving they can offer a pick up for a small fee. We're already looking forward to our next visit! We will not only come back as guest but also as friends.

Our stay at Ruchi House was exceptional! The place was spotless, and the owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had full privacy, and all the facilities we needed were available. They went above and beyond by packing us a delicious breakfast for our early checkout. I highly recommend Ruchi House to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

Rustique House dbl se nachází ve čtvrti Lake Gregory v destinaci Nuwara Eliya. Gregory jezero je 1,4 km odtud a Hakgala Botanical Garden 7,7 km. Shan and his Mam gave such a warm welcome upon arriving into Nuwara Eliya after a long train journey. They are kind, welcoming and extremely attentive to every detail and it truly feels like a home away from home. Shan was always on hand for any needs or requests. The tour he arranged of the nearby tea plantation, waterfalls and secret view point was a highlight and reasonably priced. My room was tastefully decorated and extra cosy with the comfortable bed and thick blankets. The traditional Sri Lankan breakfast prepared by Daphne was amazing, I will miss those honey rottis for breakfast! I highly recommend Rustique House to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay in Nuwara Eliya. Shan, thank you for a great stay and opening up your family home to guests. You should be very proud of the wonderful home stay you have created!
