We spent two nights at Sahara Majestic Luxury Camp. The tent was beautifully furnished with super comfortable beds and a private toilet and shower. They provided some slippers and a warm traditional abaya for us to use at night by the fire as it gets a little cool after sunset. The staff was very attentive and their cooked meals were delicious. Our favourites were the beef and vegetarian tagines. The camp was located near majestic dunes, so serene and picturesque. Some activities available at the camp include getting lost in the dunes, sun rise and sun set camel rides, star gazing, quading, visiting Berber villages. Highly recommend staying there more than one night😍

They staff is nice and took time to tell us all the informations. The breakfast is amazing! the best out of the whole trip! everything was so fresh and even the Tajin egg!

The tents are beautifully set up and equipped with everything you need for comfort. Meals were generous and full of flavor, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even playing live music by the fire at night. The desert setting is breathtaking, with endless sand dunes all around. You can get there by camel, quad, or jeep. Truly an unforgettable experience.

I arrived just moments before sunset and watched the dunes turn golden under the last rays of light. At night, we sat around the fire, drinking mint tea and listening to Berber drums beneath a sky full of stars. Riding the camel across the desert was simple and peaceful I felt as if time had stopped. At dawn, I watched the sun slowly rise over the sands, as if it were waking the world anew. This journey will remain carved in my heart, not just as a visit, but as a living memory I’ll never forget.

Our stay at the desert camp in Merzouga was an unforgettable adventure, but not without a few bumps along the way. The setting is undeniably stunning, with the towering dunes of the Sahara surrounding the camp, making for an incredible atmosphere. The camel ride to the camp was an exciting experience, but a bit uncomfortable, and I wish the camels had been better prepared for the ride. While the tents were clean and functional, they didn’t quite match the level of luxury we had hoped for, considering the price. The camp itself was a little more basic than advertised, but the staff more than made up for it with their warm, welcoming attitude and great food. The highlight was the night under the stars, which was absolutely magical. I would recommend this camp for anyone seeking a real desert experience, but it could benefit from a bit more attention to comfort and organization.
