We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was brand new, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed with artistic touches that made the space feel truly special. The hosts, Ramon and Roxy, were amazing—kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel completely at home. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. We especially loved the stunning pool filled with cenote water, which added such a unique touch to our stay. The private pool in our room, with a hot water option, was a dream and made our experience even more special. We also appreciated the parking, fantastic coffee, and delicious included breakfast. We had a really good time at this new hotel in Tulum. The room was big and had all the stuff u needed for cooking. Our concierge Braulio provided the best service we ever had and helped us with everything that we needed and was always avaliable for questions. Overall an amazing experience at this beautiful place!!

Very clean and proper house. The place is sereen and quietly in the garden. Furniture is very modern and it feels like a “home”. We could make our breakfast in our studio(coffee and tea availble) or in te garden (outside kitchen). In the fridge some drinks for free which is very kind
