If you need anything from equipment, to tours, to recommendations about where to eat Will and Paola who are the owners and receptionist will gladly help you. In the end of the stay we even went rock climbing together at los olivos which was a lot of fun. In general it felt more like being part of the family, than a stay in a hostal. (This and the Nature of Huaraz was the reason why I always extended my stay and stayed in the end for round about 20 days without any regrets ! The rooms themselves have always been nice and clean. And if you go for a hike you could always store your stuff for free!

We are really happy we booked this place and for a very decent price you really get a great experience. First, we were able to check-in very early in the morning when we arrived with the night bus from Lima - around 06:00 am. Thank you for that! We really, really needed the break. Second, we were able to check-out a lot later for 50 soles for both so we could rest until the night bus back to Lima. They were really helpful in booking us a taxi for one of our day trips and the owner took us in his car from the hostel to the bus station when we were leaving since there were no available cabs. The room is small but it's great to relax after crazy days of travel and hiking. We had a really clean private bathroom with probably the best running hot water in our entire Peru trip. The bed was really comfortable. There is a small breakfast included in the price. I wrote to the hosts before traveling and they were very responsive and helped me get in contact with an agency to discuss some hiking opportunities. The week we were there they just opened a bar with some nice activities going on so it's a great place to meet fellow travelers and grab something to drink. We recommend this place very highly!

This property is beautiful. The room are very well decorated and very large. Incredible view of the mountains! The owner and staff are absolutely amazing people! They are so attentive. My flight got canceled and wanted to stay near the airport. We also ran out of money because we were suppose to go back home and there are no ATM nearby. I explained the situation to them and said we would take the public bus back to the airport and they said they would take us back to the airport. They even walked us to the restaurant so we wouldn’t walk alone at night. Breakfast was also amazing. ii can’t describe in words how incredible everyone was to us and how clean and big the rooms are. I highly recommend staying here if you need to be near the airport or want to explore the area.
