Enai is located in the forest, on the shore of the Madre de Dios River, 15 minutes from the city of Puerto Maldonado. Enai has a restaurant, outdoor pool, bar and garden. Nos gustó mucho el hotel, muy agradable, limpio y cómodo. El personal siempre atento y amable. La comida excelente. Y en general los tours y los guías que ofrece el hotel de muy buena calidad.

Staying at the Hacienda Herrera Tambopata was the shining star of our visit to Peru. Everything about it was a delight. The staff, food, surrounding landscape, tour offerings, the room...we loved every minute of our stay.

El Kapievi Ecovillage alberga un restaurante vegetariano y está ubicado en Puerto Maldonado. Además, se encuentra a 15 minutos en coche de la plaza central de la ciudad. Excelente servicio, espacios rodeados de naturaleza, fácil acceso al centro y al aeropuerto.

Refugio Chabelita Hostel, que tiene jardín, restaurante y bar, dispone de alojamiento en Puerto Maldonado con wifi gratis y vistas al jardín. The staff were very nice and very helpful. On the day of arrival in the afternoon they took us on a short tour of surroundings where they showed us local plants and the river. We event got to taste the raw cacao beans. They helped us call and order taxi because we don’t speak Spanish and Uber doesn’t work here. They have a small shop with fruits, bread, sweets and salts. Breakfast was excellent. We got avocado every day. With some rice, eggs or tamales. We also got bread and coffee or tea.

Posada Casa Bonita está en Puerto Maldonado y ofrece piscina al aire libre, salón de uso común y bar. Great place to chill for a few days. All rooms are equpipped with fan and AC and private bathroom and fridge. Clean place all over. Theres a bar, a beautiful pool and the host is fantastic and very friendly. Even took us out to buy some food anf other stuff. Helped us with everything. This place wilk make you chill out. Its worth it. There is harldy anything bad we can mention.

CHOMI HOUSE TAMBOPATA está en Puerto Maldonado y ofrece alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, wifi gratis, jardín y terraza. Chomi house es un pequeño negocio familiar con un par de casitas de madera muy cómodas, limpias y agradables. Está en mitad de selva al lado de la carretera a 10 min en Tuk Tuk del pueblo. El personal bien amable, nos recogieron del aeropuerto y nos proporcionaron todas las excursiones para hacer. La comida la cocinaban ellos, bien rica y variada. Con opciones vegetarianas y veganas. Recomendable!

Quirquincho House Lodge tiene vistas al jardín y está en Puerto Maldonado. Cuenta con restaurante, salón de uso común, cafetería, jardín y terraza. Todo estuvo perfecto. Nico y su familia nos ayudaron con todo. La habitación es super bonita y tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse cómodo. Nos ayudaron con todas las dudas que teníamos y también con los tours. Volveríamos en otra ocasión sin duda.

ROSA'S HOUSE se encuentra en Puerto Maldonado y dispone de jardín, salón de uso común y zona de barbacoa. The owner Rosa and her husband are lovely. They expained us a lot about plants which grow around there house. The kitchen is well equipped and has all you need. It's nice to hang around in the frontjard and relax a little.

Musas Garden Lodge Tambopata está en Puerto Maldonado y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, jardín con terraza y vistas al jardín. Absolutely loved our stay here, Sheila was so wonderful and helped us with taxis, renting bikes and even pointing out the monkeys swinging through the trees at night! The family who run the place is so sweet and we really felt like they cared about us there. The guest house is perfect, well protected from mosquitos and nice having our own little kitchenette too! Be prepared for lack of shops and restaurants in this area but it’s an incredible experience as you really feel like you’re in the wilderness of the jungle. Short taxi ride to the city anyway so not too far from civilisation. Such a brilliant stay would definitely come back! The juice that they give you at breakfast too is the most incredible thing in the world - my boyfriend says it’s the best he’s ever had 😍
