We had a huge apartment with terrace on the 3rd floor for 4 nights. Everything seems new. Parking was near the front door. The apartment is a very short walk to the train station and a number of good restaurants and the village’s store. We did breakfast in, ate picnic lunches on the trails, and enjoyed the restaurants for dinner. If you plan to self-cater (more than breakfast) shop in a bigger town. We had towel and trash service daily when we wanted it. Bed was large and very comfortable. Tons of closet space.

I tend to avoid vacations in Slovakia due to bad past experiences, but this stay pleasantly surprised me. The receptionist was amazing, exceptionally professional, and helpful. If I were the owner of the hotel, I would reward her generously because such excellent staff in hospitality is rare. The breakfast was delicious, with a decent selection, and the dinners served at the Kamzík restaurant were absolutely great. I also have to praise the restaurant staff for being very kind and attentive.

Everything was perfect, we got a room at the reception floor but we asked it to change it because of the noise and they changed it for us immediately and were very kind. All the staff we met during our stay was very helpful and proffesional. The apartment has everything you might need, everything is in great quality and provides a warm cozy feeling. The cherry on the top for us was the wellness which we were lucky to enjoy in private because there were no other guests booked at the same time. 3 saunas, jacuzzi and big resting area for 15€ is amazing deal. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely love to come again!

Location- easy access to main roads , close to many beautiful sites in High Tatry mountains. Decoration- cozy, warm, beautiful, clean, new, modern + traditional, functional, it seems they thought about everything in the 1 bedroom apartmen, it is very convenient for a small family. The privacy, space, 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen. You enjoy from the convenience of an apartment + the service and the benefits of the hotel. Great Breakfast! Surrounding- everything is green and beautiful. The pool area and the wellness center. Atmosphere- quiet, relax. Great value for money Parking Wifi Highly recommended!

The staf and the owners were super nice and friendly. Everything was clean and comfortably arranged. Breakfast was delicious. Parking us great, too. There's smart TV in the rooms, eifi is good. Location is perfect to easily reach sights.

Situated in the town of Poprad and the Aquacity Poprad reachable within a 5-minute walk, Boutique Hotel Villa ZAUBER offers accommodation in modern rooms, High Tatras views, a breakfast-restaurant,... Very nice and cozy little hotel. We booked a 2 room 4 bed apartman. Parking with the car is also nice and easy. Placed within 10 min walking distance to the shoping/food street and Forum mall. Also the historic city center is within 15mins walk. The mountains / lake are within 20-25 minutes car ride.

My room had amazing views of the mountains and surrounding forests, very quiet and peaceful . Breakfast was perfect, everything fresh and lots to choose from. The ski equipment room and lockers made it easy for me to get ready for each day skiing.

Our room is not including the kitchen, however, they still provide a lot of plates, forks & cups. It is very convenient. The supermarket is just besides the hotel. There is own parking space in the safe garage. The food for breakfast and dinner is excellent.
