Nice and clean room. Cleaning was excellent during my stay. Friendly staff. Breakfast was nice. The location is good. Close to bars and restaurants in the LK area. But still pretty quiet at night. My room had a window between the room and bathroom which I liked. I just wish there was a separate door for the toilet.

The neighbourhood has endless food options and bars. a grab costs 70bht for most destinations around Pattaya. we preferred this option

The location is perfect in of the sea far from the noisy streets of Ko learn, very clean place and comfortable the couple in charge were very helpful and caring, I highly recommend.
