Excellent location, very easy to locate, it has walking distance to Taipei Main Station, Ximen Station (blue, green line), NTU Hospital Station (red line). The room was kept clean with staff coming everyday to pick up the trash, refill water bottles and tissue paper. Receptionists were present until late night and were very helpful.

Location is excellent as it's right near the MRT entrance and on the same street is the local market with great food options. Staff are super friendly and helpful, thank you! We also loved the decor and design of the room (especially having a sealed floor to ceiling door to the bathroom - rare in Taiwanese hotels for some reason!!!), the daily free snacks, their sustainability practices and their free self-serve laundry services. Will definitely be staying here again and would recommend this hotel to others!!!

I like the location, within walking distance to National Taiwan University, close to Seven-Eleven and Starbucks, where I ate and worked and wrote.

Sotetsu Grand Fresa Taipei Ximen se nachází v dobré lokalitě ve čtvrti Zhongzheng District v destinaci Tchaj-pej. This is a new hotel that opened earlier in 2024 and the room is very clean. The location is unbeatable, literally just next to one of the subway exits. Although it;s right next to a major intersection, the sound insulation is good and generally no noise fromthe traffic could be heard. The staff are very friendly.
