The place is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. They offer bottomless coffee and water in the lobby, along with a selection of delicious baked goods available from 7 to 11 a.m. I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked banana loaf, which is available daily. The staff was very accommodating with my late checkout request and truly goes out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Their friendliness made me feel right at home. Additionally, it's close to downtown LA and the convention center, just a 30-minute walk away, with plenty of nearby grocery stores and shops.

All of the rooms feature flat-screen cable TVs and a coffee machine. It was a disappointing place to stay for one night. It was so clean and all the facilities were clean. I regretted the three days I had stayed in Morro Bay before.
