The East Rock inn is set at the end of the long driveway in a much quieter, green area with a nice lawn with chairs to relax. The check-in process is super easy. I find it very relaxing not having to deal with staff. The code to your door also gives you access to a common room with some amenities. The room was modern, clean, spacious, and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the room had all the amenities that you needed like fridge, safe and kettle.

Close enough that I could walk back to the hotel after the event was over. The staff were all fantastic, friendly, and ready to help. I loved that housekeeping came by to tidy up and provide fresh towels, despite the fact that I was only there for two nights. Typically, most hotels require you to stay longer, which I'm not a fan of. The room was beautifully decorated. I loved the modern, neutral colours and decor. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was equally clean.
