The location was central but still quiet, the room was very clean and spacious with a good AC. The staff were so helpful and accommodating we also rented a bike from them and they were keeping our luggage when we did a bike trip in the area.

PIA Homestay is an absolute gem and was for us the perfect place to start our Cao Bang motorbike adventure. It’s a charming, family-owned place with incredibly kind and helpful hosts. Vuong, one of the owners, also speaks English. The hosts truly care about making your stay and mountain area exploration special. Their scooters and motorbikes are all in excellent condition (practically new!) which makes the riding extra enjoyable an safe. And they offer them for a fair price. They also provided us with high-quality rain and wind jackets – essential for the cooler, windier mountain area which is higher than Cao Bang city. For the area, we also received fantastic local tips and help planning the ideal Cao Bang loop, including the best routes and places to stay. Lastly, Vuong even helped arrange our transfer to the next destination, making everything smooth and stress-free for us. Highly recommend!

The room was super comfy, very clean, and the self-check-in was smooth and just made sense, no hassle at all. The location is in a good area, and for the price (much cheaper than what we found on booking websites). Communication was super fast and easy through WhatsApp, which made everything so convenient. They also offer a bunch of handy services like laundry and transportation. We asked if they could arrange a limousine van for two people to Hanoi, with pickup from the homestay, and they organized everything quickly. We specifically wanted to pay in cash instead of booking online, and they made that possible without any issue. All in all, a very comfortable and well-organized place to stay. We'd definitely recommend!

I appreciated the hotel’s high standard, with a spacious and clean room, a very comfortable bed, and a great atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and delicious options. Homestay se nachází trosku dale od centra ale jelikož jsme si od pana pujcovali motorku tak nám ji nabídl ihned. Druhý den jsme si tedy vzali motorku a vydali se na Cao Bang loop, motocykl byl ve výborném stavu. Dostali jsme take pláštěnky a pytel na batoh. Zbytek věcí jsme si bez problémů mohli nechat v ubytování. Když jsme se druhý den vrátili pan nám nabídl použít sprchu a toaletu coz bylo po celém dnu opravdu osvěžující. Když jsme se chtěli vydat na autobusovou zastávku začalo silně pršet.. Pan nám nabídl ze nás tam jeho kamarád odveze zadarmo coz bylo úžasné milé. Nemám absolutně co vytknout. Za peníze dostanete mnohem více než očekáváte. Ještě jednou děkujeme

From the moment you arrive, you can feel the care and professionalism that has gone into this homestay. • Room & Facilities The mattress was the most comfortable one I’ve had in a month of traveling in Northern Vietnam – I slept perfectly. The room is spacious, very clean, and well equipped: plenty of towels, a TV, and even water provided in the room. • Cleanliness & Comfort Everything was spotless, from the bathroom to the living area. You immediately feel comfortable and well taken care of. • Food & Value The bistro food is delicious, and the western dishes are also very well prepared, all at a very fair price. In addition, guests can order from the menu of the café just around the corner, which is owned by the same host. It offers a wide variety of tasty dishes, drinks, and teas. • Service & Atmosphere The staff are enthusiastic, warm, and always helpful. You feel truly welcome and well looked after. You Can feel that they Like Their Job :) • Location The location in the center, directly by the river, is ideal for exploring Cao Bang while also enjoying a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cao Bang.
