Krásný soukromý kemp, jen 4 stany. Vyběhnuti na dunu za pomoci žebříku bylo super. Půjčili jsme prkna a jezdili, ale moc to nejezdi. Nevadi. Jídlo skvěle, k večeři grilovaná koza(aspon to tvrdili), ryze, kuře a jine dobrůtky. STAN čistý a pohodlný. Sprcha a koupelna zážitek. Večer oheň a šíša za příplatek. Rano jízda po dunách.

I loved everything about the camp: the place, the people, the delicious dinner and the camel ride. So cool! I was a bit skeptical about the comfort of the tent, but in the end it was cozy, clean, and so quiet. The owners of the camp are the best!

The camp itself was beautifully set up – very clean, peaceful, and with a truly magical atmosphere under the stars. What made the experience even more special was the amazing driver and guide, Ali. He was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire stay. His passion for the desert and local culture really came through, and he made sure everything was perfect. Even though I was traveling alone, I never felt lonely – just completely relaxed and in awe of the stunning surroundings. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable desert experience! And the food was really nice too.

We stayed one night at Thousand Stars Desert Camp and had an unforgettable experience. The camp is located deep in the desert in a quiet and remote setting, perfect for disconnecting from the world. The food was excellent, the restroom facilities were far beyond expectations, and the tent was very spacious and comfortable. We watched the sunset from the dunes, enjoyed a delicious dinner, and spent a peaceful evening by the firepit and under the stars. The stargazing platform was an incredible experience. The team was outstanding. Saddam took great care of us, and Ali was extremely welcoming and guided us perfectly, sharing insight into desert life and Omani culture.

Exciting 4x4 experience on the way to (luckily assisted by the owners) 2 brothers who run this camp are very welcoming and friendly. Delicious food even with vegetarian options and first of all - one of the best beds we were sleeping on! Huge, hight quality mattresses with luxurious linen.

Rashid and his team were such a pleasure to meet. From pre-arrival communication until we left it was a great experience. The camp is great because there are only 5 tents and it's a little further into the desert so you feel pretty private. The food was delicious, though I will admit I was surprised it was Bengali food instead of Omani because the chef is Bengali. The 30 minute camel ride was great. We didn't really do any other activities because we wanted to just relax and spend time in the desert. I would highly recommend Rashid's camp to anyone considering a stay in the desert and if you can swing it stay for 2 nights. Thank you Rashid for making it an unforgettable experience.
