The property has two individual bungalows that are very spacious, with high ceilings, good bathroom and fly screens all around the windows. Nicolas is absolutely wonderful, very kind, very friendly and very respectful. He can organise daily tours, they were excellent. The tours were with small groups (less than 8 pax). Nicolas cooked very tasty meals. The property is located away from town, which means you have lovely nature around you, but Nicolas was very helpful in driving us to places we needed. The bungalows had a balcony, wifi and hot showers. The two dogs that live there are truly beautiful, we miss their cuddles already. Nicolas helped us find birds and a sloth nearby. There are squirrel monkeys nearby. The property is located near other resorts if you need a pool or river access. We enjoyed this property for its local community and wildlife, its excellent value for a small business. My only recommendation would be to have a tea/coffee making facilities available all day, and a large shower mat to catch excess water.

Absolutely loved our stay here, Sheila was so wonderful and helped us with taxis, renting bikes and even pointing out the monkeys swinging through the trees at night! The family who run the place is so sweet and we really felt like they cared about us there. The guest house is perfect, well protected from mosquitos and nice having our own little kitchenette too! Be prepared for lack of shops and restaurants in this area but it’s an incredible experience as you really feel like you’re in the wilderness of the jungle. Short taxi ride to the city anyway so not too far from civilisation. Such a brilliant stay would definitely come back! The juice that they give you at breakfast too is the most incredible thing in the world - my boyfriend says it’s the best he’s ever had 😍

I had an amazing stay here. The staff are really kind and helpful, and they helped me arrange my tours in the area and helped with transport. It is also possible to buy great lunch and dinner here for a good price. The location is absolutely beautiful.

The accommodation is wonderfully rustic and in keeping with the tropical vibe of the area. It has a deck and hammocks to relax in, and a little raised lookout point over the river. Jaime is a great host who looked after all our needs, delivered meals right to our deck and arranged taxi transfers and tours.
