Cabins in Ben Tre

Mr Thai is an excellent host and he is someone who appearently loves what he does. He and his family are very helpful and accommodating. Rent a scooter or borrow bicycles, booking tours or advising you on what to see and where to go its all available at the Coco Lodge. It is not a 5 star hotel so don't expect everything to be of the highest class and latest style. Rooms are spacious, very clean and equipped with AC and bathroom. Different breakfast every morning and the common point is they were all good. We decided to have our dinners at the lodge and we where not disappointed. Plenty of things to see or experience in the area and i would advice you to book some kind of tour in the beginning and then explore on your own.

Friendly people, beautiful village scenery

I absolutely love the say at the con phung resort mekong. the value for money is incredible, beautiful place, friendly, communicative and supportive owners / staff, and beautiful view on the mekong river. I really enjoyed it and would recommend !

This is a true home/farm stay. The host family are the most wonderful and genuine people. I felt like part of the family. Grandma even came to say goodbye to me, which was touching. I can't speak highly enough about the professionalism, organisational skills, cooking, my God the cooking is world class! Excursions, ect, ect. I had the best week Vietnam experience. DIEM is a wonderful, inciteful, witty, communicative woman The meals you eat are home grown/caught from the river, freshest, most beautifully cooked and presented. The accomodation is new, clean, perfect. The homestay is down a small road of the main road but access is easy and Diem a very good driver of the electric buggy. I could go on telling you about how wonderful my experiences were, however my advice is go, go, go, dont hesitate. A long weekend or a week or two. You'll have a marvellous holiday packed with good memories.This is rural Vietnam at its best and considering my other experiences, very cheap and great value. Ill be back, maybe more than a few times.
