Serene beautiful environment in a lush tropical garden. Everything is carefully maintained. The exquisite interior is designed with an eye for details and colours and provides interesting information about the area and history. The staff was very attentive, courteous, always helpful and went the extra mile. The lovely owners looked themselves after the well being of all guests. They recommended activities and restaurants and the lodge helped us with the bookings. The cozy rooms are lovely decorated and the comfortable bed guarantees a restful sleep. The breakfast was tasty, the coffee very good and the eggs delicious, in particular I loved the Egg Benedict. Throughout our stay we felt well taken care of and enjoyed every moment. When coming back to Victoria Falls surely we will stay again in Courtney Lodge.

Very relaxing place; nice to chill and get into the holiday mood; nice terrace; great breakfasts; free tea / coffee all the time; very helpful and friendly people work there; the staff helped to arrange my transfers and they can also offer different tours; I had excellent quality of sleep: great bed, quiet surroundings; location was fine: a bit far from the falls (40 min walk); but still doable; or a short taxi ride away. wifi worked though not super fast.

What a stay!! The staff made us feel so welcome. We stayed here for our anniversary and on top of leaving a wonderful greeting and a bottle of bubbly in our room on arrival, the also baked a cake for us on our anniversary day and were happy to help us make special arrangements for dinner. We loved having the lookout for sunset every evening. The food at the restaurant was also excellent. Try the quinoa salad - it's to die for. I would absolutely come back here. The effort of the team is truly excellent and it shows in the quality of the stay. Look no further!

It’s small and quiet which was lovely for relaxing. All the staff were exceptional and no request was too much for them. My flight out was delayed by 4 hours so they let me stay in my room for the rest of the day which was awesome. They also provide a free shuttle into the falls a few times a day and a turn down service in the evenings to draw the mosquito nets which was a nice touch. The lodge is close to the Boma dinner and drum show which I also recommend.

Insika went out of their way to accommodate us with a shuttle to the Vic Falls marathon start early the morning. They also left the breakfast buffet open for all the runners after 10h to ensure we had something to eat after arriving back. The barman also served us the BEST Pina Coladas ever. So fresh and yummy!

We had a wonderful stay at Dzimbahwe. The staff is amazing and very accommodating, helping us with requests like getting USD change, arranging a shuttle to the airport, and laundry services. The breakfast was very nice, and the hotel room was reasonably nice and spacious.
