Calm place with amazing views, big room with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was in the room and fulfilling. Perfect place to disconnect.

Staffs are really helpful and lovely. The bed was big, soft and comfortable. Hot shower, okay WiFi. A bit far from the center but you can stay in quiet and beautiful area instead! The best thing was breakfast and dinner. You can enjoy delicious meal with beautiful lake view❤️ For dinner most of foods are 50 boliviano. They delivered to my room, enough portion and tasty I like them!! Gracias for everything!

We absolutely loved staying here. The lodge is owned and operated by a local family. They have built a great lodge that is really well taken care of. The view of the lake from the rooms and the property is absolutely stunning. We found time everyday at the property to just sit on the outside chairs to take in the view, read a bit and watch the people go by with their donkeys and produce from their land. The family (Oscar, Sonia, Lis) were super friendly and helpful. They did a great job with breakfast. We loved that they also offered dinner which Sonia, the mother, makes herself. After taking long hikes around the island, we didn't have the energy to go out for dinner. The guestroom is very well done and super well taken care of and clean. We stayed in a family room with a lake view which was very large. The shower had reasonable pressure and hot water. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of blankets and an electric heater for the chilly nights. It is a very steep climb from the boat drop off point to the various lodges. The Utasawa lodge offers donkey service for getting your luggage up the mountain. I strongly suggest you take advantage of it. We thought it was a bargain, particularly after watching everyone with luggage struggling big time to make it up the mountain to the various lodges and hostals. We were sad to leave after three nights. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely recommend to any of our friends if visiting the island.

The room was of a lovely standard very comfortable bed and the best view I’ve ever had from a room I’ve stayed in. They sent a lady and a donkey down to pick up our luggage from the beach which was a great help as it was an incredibly steep Hill up to the Accommodation but worth a walk.

Best sleep I’ve had lately. Wonderful host and breakfast! Dinner was awesome! Recommend for traveler that is driving or wants an awesome place to stay and experience the outdoors near La Paz.
