The cabin we stayed in was called Damsom, you instantly felt comfortable and it was a very relaxing environment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, definitely going to try and book again.

People are very welcoming but not intrusive. Nice extra of some eggs,bread,juice. Most pleasant and comfortable stay of our holiday so far. It is very quiet and peaceful. Close to Lakes and Yorkshire Dale's which we did from this base. Can get any supplies in Penrith.

El Lynton Lodge Studio ofrece alojamiento independiente en el pintoresco Distrito de los Lagos, a 10 minutos a pie del centro de Keswick. On arrival the studio was lovely and warm, there was a welcome pack of fresh flowers, chocolates and milk which is a nice touch. The studio is very well equipped also coffee, tea, hot chocolate and sugar were provided. It was clean and comfortable. The owners live next door and are on hand if needed but otherwise respect your privacy. We have stayed twice now, you get the best of both worlds self catering but just the right size apartment better than a hotel room or a cottage we think,, we will be back!

95C Sunset View Port Haverigg Marina Village, que tiene vistas al lago, ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, bar y zona de barbacoa a unos 25 km de Castillo de Muncaster. The lodge was exceptional. Very clean. Very comfortable. The host went above and beyond. Even offered mobility aids to help a disabled person in our party. The extras that they provided were unexpected but gratefully appreciated. Everything you could possibly need for all weathers/adults/children and pets were provided. I would highly recommend this lodge and would book again Thank you Eva & Ross for your fantastic hospitality xxx

Sunset Snug Shepherd hut, que cuenta con vistas al jardín, dispone de alojamiento con patio y hervidor, y está a unos 26 km de Derwentwater. Me and my wife wanted a relaxing stay and picked Sunset Snug Shepherd Hut and we are so glad we did. We played cards until late evening and watched the sun set over the fields. We got to make use of the fire pit and the Log Burner inside the Hut, which made for an atmospheric evening. The faculties are amazing with a shower, microwave, hob and everything you need, you’d be hard pressed to get batter facilities in a 5 star hotel. The bed was very comfy and we even had Netflix to cosy up and watch our favourite shows. The host was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.
