We stayed at Father’s Land while visiting Plitvice Lakes, and it was the perfect choice. The chalet is set in a peaceful, green area about 7 km from Entrance 1, far from the crowds but close enough for quick trips to the park. The surroundings are beautiful, with open views of the hills and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The chalet itself is charming, spacious, and spotless. Inside, there’s a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware), a comfortable bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The wooden interiors give it a warm, rustic feel. Outside, there’s a terrace with mountain views, a barbecue, and a small playground – perfect for mornings with coffee or evenings under the stars. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. Wi-Fi is available, though sometimes unstable, but for us that added to the “disconnect and relax” experience. Overall, Father’s Land is an ideal place for couples or families wanting comfort, nature, and tranquility near Plitvice. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Towels and bed linen are provided in the chalet. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Forest House Niko truly lives up to its name. It is a wonderful little piece of heaven. The house itself is fantastic, with a blend of modern and traditional design, lots of wood, and natural elements. It is supreme in cosiness, calmness and greenery. The surrounding area is a bliss as well, a small forest which an easy entrance to the river Kupa which is lovely for baths. Everything was extremely good!

Zagreb Franjo Tuđman Airport is 130 km from the property, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. The tents are beautifully set up – clean, spacious, comfortable, and surrounded by peaceful nature. A perfect mix of comfort and outdoor charm. Brigitte is a fantastic host – warm and welcoming. She made sure we had everything we needed.

We were provided with a code to enter prior to arriving. The house was full of personal touches and the house was most accommodating and personable. The whole process couldn’t have been more accommodating!

Lovely large terrace :) and a cosy interior. A nice restaurant just minutes away on foot. Wifi, Max TV, Netflix. Two parking spaces. Wonderful, caring hosts! New bathroom and kitchen.

Featuring air conditioning, this unit has a dressing room and a fireplace. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. Very lovely "village-style" cottage - very cozy. It is a really special place for families - it has a special aura - when we arrived tired after a stressy working week for the weekend to this picturesque house - the stress had gone away. We were able to pick up the key by ourselves from the metal box. A few minutes after our arrival, the owner came to warmly welcome us and showed us everything. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, even spices, salt, sugar, coffee, all staf for included... simply everything feels like home.... Under the house there is a games room with a bar, a spacious seating area for a family party with friends and a smaller room for children, which also has a "football table", darts, archery and other toys and things to play... JBL - large screen TV... we had our beloved 2dogs with us (they are used to living in our house with us - they liked this place very much). In the garden there is a seating area under a roof with a grill and the house has a grassy area with a swing... There was a very friendly cat :) ... We highly recommend the accommodation.
