We came by the sunset time and the view/location is amazing. The owner was very friendly and helpful, he recommended trails for us. There was a rich traditional dinner served, prepared by the owner´s wife and it was delicious. We read many positive reviews for this accommodation before and we have to confirm all were right. The camp lies at a very beautiful place. We had 2 rooms with bathroom. Basic, but clean and comfortable. And what a view to wake up with! Very friendly people and delicious homemade food by the ladies from the village (breakfast and dinner, but also a lunchbox for our Wadi Ghuweir hike). Everything can be arranged for your hike.

My stay at Dana, Family Home Lodge was perfect from start to finish. We felt so safe and welcome that we ended up staying two extra nights. As two friends, we felt completely at ease here. The hospitality of Hazem and his family was truly heartwarming – he even surprised us by singing in Dutch for us! The hike with Salem was an unforgettable experience, filled with breathtaking views and magical moments. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious, and we were given extra blankets for a cozy night. In the evenings, we were treated to entertainment and a warm atmosphere that made us feel right at home. This place is an absolute must-visit!
