The girl who checked us in was very friendly and had very clear explanations for everything! She really helped us when we were ill-prepared for the Jomon Sugi hike, which we appreciated a lot! There were complimentary welcome drinks and a dessert on the second day which were delicious. The cabin was clean with all the facilities you could need, plus there was a hose in the front yard for you to clean your hiking shoes. The morning view from the deck was also amazing! Note the accommodation is about 15 minutes drive south of Anbo, so it is a bit out of the way of the main attractions, but it wasn't a big deal as we enjoyed the peace.

星空に包まれる 森の隠れ家 Amrita Lodge ~stay & retreat~ se nachází ve čtvrti Kirishima-jingu Onsen v destinaci Kirišima a nabízí terasu a bezplatné Wi-Fi. Ebino Plateau se nachází jen 12 km odtud. The lodge was incredibly well furnished with extremely good style, Middle East and Japanese style. A complete kitchen with all equipment and items was available. The bath was not with hot spring water but you can use as a real Onsen just with tap water, extremely positive. Yui the owner is a fantastic host and therapist, she practice us a wonderful professional massage in the lodge. TV with Netflix and Prime video was available for a relaxing night like being at home after 10 days of tour. It was a totally different experience in Japan, instead of the usual micro hotel room having a full lodge just for us. I recommend this location if you are in the area. A lot of trails are available in the area, Yui can help you in selecting the most appropriate place to visit.. Absolutely recommendable!!!

Cottage Kutsuroki poskytuje ubytování v destinaci Jakušima. Pláž Harutahama Beach se nachází 2,4 km odtud a Yakusugi Land 17 km. Located near the bus stop 62 if you don't have a car. Also well located to hike the Arakawa trail, I was able to take the first bus without problems. You can also order bento for the trail the day before if you want to, which is super convenient. Also located near a supermarket and the main town, if you want to buy supplies or eat in a local restaurant. It was super clean and super comfortable.

Outstanding cottage with great views and lovely friendly hospitality. Calm and personal hosts. Attention to detail in spades: we’ll be back!

It was a wonderful house and super value for money. It was clean and big and can easily host a big group. There are also nice restaurants nearby.
