Property is run by very welcoming and nice family. We were warmly greeted. Very good breakfast, but too much for us, and they changed it according to our wishes. Also they arranged for us jeep safari in Minerya national park (as per their advice due to elephant's path) and we saw a lot of those incredible animals. Special thanks to Ravi - family member who speaks very good English and advised us for many things.

We booked this accommodation based on a tip and we loved it. - Safari lodges are new and in perfect condition - Very comfortable and large bed - Air conditioning works perfectly and is silent - Outdoor bathroom with protection against insects and animals But above all, the people are super super friendly. The young couple has only been doing this for 5 months and does everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Due to circumstances, we could only stay 1 night instead of 2, and this was solved without any problems. The owner provides food, which is delicious. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they do everything to help. I have never experienced much more hospitality as here. The location is perfect for Willpattu Safari. We would book this accommodation again in a heartbeat and recommend it to everyone.

The place is owned by a family living nearby. The guy who mostly took care of us was very helpful, always communicating. He drove us to Sigirya and manage a driver to the Kadulla safari which was very memorable - beautiful day and lots of elephants 😊 Breakfast and dinner made by the family was local and very delicious. Also there was a shy elephant marauding each night around our tree house.

Place was beautiful. And the rooms were very clean. Place is owned by a Family and their son runs the resort. Uncle and Aunty were very friendly. The room we bought(for 4 people) is a separate part of the house they live in. But was isolated properly. Eventhough we checked in very late they were very welcoming. We didnt order any food from them so can't evaluate that. Overall a very comforting, secure place. Highly Recommend for a Family or a Group of Friends.❤️

Even if it was a short stop, only one night, we were hosts like members of the family, with a welcoming juice made by our hosts that they are always available for everything you need. The apartment is comfy and clean, and the traditional sri lankian breakfast is simply yummy!! Thanks a lot for everything. Wilpattu Jungle Resort poskytuje ubytování v destinaci Nochchiyagama. Kumbichchan Kulama Tank je 30 km odtud a Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi 31 km. Na místě je k dispozici soukromé parkoviště. Lokalita je skvělá, byl to pro nás zážitek. Rodina byla moc hodná a pohostinná:) Zařídili nám ranní půldenní safari a bylo to úžasné! Odpoledne nás odvezli autem za dobrou cenu až do Anuradhapury.

I believe this guest house is ideal for people doing a Wilpattu Safari: - it is located right next to the park entrance. - it is not luxurious, but who needs a luxurious hotel if you are going to spend the entire day on safari anyway? - the AC worked great, the bed slept well and it has an ensuite shower and toilet. - they were happy to supply lunch and breakfast for the safari, and prepare dinner as well. I ate very well there. - the hostess was very kind and happy to help with questions. - if you are lucky you may already spot some animals from your window! I saw a wild peacock and monkeys. But apparently elephants also sometimes roam through nearby fields.
