The loveliest hosts, Maykell and his family, and Joe, incredibly welcoming and helpful. Maykell was able to organise motorbike hire, tours, taxis, and anything else we needed. The restaurant food was delicious and so fresh, we ate there many times, and each meal was perfect. The property is stunning, well located, and right in the jungle. The views are superb and we watched monkeys play all morning from our porch. We were lucky enough to try both the quadruple and double rooms, (due to a free upgrade for a few nights) and both were exceptional. Clean, comfortable, and spacious with great outdoor space and views. The wifi worked well during our whole stay. And it was very affordable! Definitely book to stay here for your time on Ometepe!!

The road to there is bumby, meaning that it’s literally in the middle of nowhere/nature. I personally loved that. We drove there by pick up and already the way up there felt like an adventure itself. Once arrived, we saw the magical lights everywhere. The owners really wanna make it a special place, welcome you warmly, have the best food I’ve had in Nicaragua. Whatever you order, it’s amazing. The rooms were super comfortable, big, beautifully decorated and I slept like a baby. The whole area is family-/kid-friendly, nice to calm down, relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. Absolutely perfect.

We had a super stay at Monoloko - we rented 3 of the 4 cabanas and were well looked after. The cabanas are mega cute & well decorated, the pool is a great touch, and you are walking distance from the beach. What's not to like.

It felt peaceful and private, yet also safe! We loved the butterflies in front of our cabin and we liked all the greenery. The kitchen was perfect and I loved having two lounge areas (eating and sitting). Staff was very friendly!

Wild Waves Surf-House poskytuje zahradu, soukromou pláž a sdílenou kuchyň. Pláž Popoyo je několik kroků odtud. Perfect spot to surf, best place to stay, such a nice family and nearly right in front of the beach

Ecolodge Blue Morpho se nachází v destinaci Cárdenas a má restauraci, pokojovou službu, bar, zahradu, terasu a výhled na hory. Great place to rest and enjoy cool refreshing air. Friendly staff who made some wonderful meals. Only a short walk to the beach.

Hacienda & Ecolodge Morgan’s Rock se nachází v zálivu San Juan del Sur, 1,5 km od soukromé pláže, a nabízí dětské hřiště, venkovní bazén a soukromou pláž. An incredible place, hidden in nature, respectful of its surroundings and absolutely magnificent

The amenities and room was as described. The beautiful setting makes you feel one with the surrounding nature. The staff were super helpful with organising scooter transport and other advice. We cannot thank them enough for helping us recover our wallet we left in a cab. Highly recommend.
