I got a nice room with a private bathroom, having a view of the airport. The owner knows the airline officials, and confirmed my ticket once I checked in. Food was excellent. I had the Mushroom soup and Chicken curry - both were really good and very reasonably priced. All in all, excellent stay and is highly recommended while in Lukla overnight.

Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. The hospitality of the host was exceptional. Nothing was too much for Lakpar Laman( sorry if I spelt your name wrong). Lakpar ( the owner)was really helpful and sorted out any issues that we encountered,with a smile.He went above and beyond what was expected of him as a host. And the food??. Was to die for. Food was really good and the portions were great. We also gathered a lot of general information about Nepal and the owner made time to talk and explain things to us. I would certainly recommend Lama hotel and would definitely stay there again if I’m in the region.We found that we were not just treated as a number but as people that are valued and respected. It was the first time that we got complimentary water and even coffee before we checked out. The room was high and we could see Lukla airport from our room window. The room was as in the photos and was very cosy. We got our food delivered to our room which was a luxury for us in Lukla
