Incredible property in rural area of Thailand. Host speaks English and is very accommodating. Rooms are clean, minimal and very comfortable with nice touches including a coffee setup for pour over. The breakfast is delicious with gorgeous views. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Northern Thailand.

Warin’s house is located in a small village in Wiang Kaen. It’s a cozy, quiet home built by the village, surrounded by nature, with a stunning view overlooking the Mekong River. We had a lovely night there—wish we could have stayed longer! Warin was incredibly kind and helped us arrange the slow boat to Luang Prabang, which made us feel so warm and welcomed. Highly recommended!

Amazing view, staff very helpful, friendly animals on site, and perfect location if you would like you get away from craziness for a day. Location not too far from Chiang Rai city.

Everything! We had a great time. The Chalets are beautiful. They are spacious and wonderfully designed. Looking over the rice fields and towards the mountains was such a treat. My children loved having a deep bath on the balcony area! We got up early and took some incredible photos of the sun rising. Khun Tik and Khun Vut went above and beyond to give us the best experience. We enjoyed having dinner with them; the chef, Khun Sorn cooked us one of the best meals we had eaten over the span of our trip. I would highly recommend this Chalet. It will be a stay we won’t forget.

The cabin is set in a stunning part of Mae Rim, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Mornings are especially magical, the view from the balcony as the clouds drift across the hills is unforgettable. The spacious balcony is truly the highlight, you could spend the whole day there simply soaking in the changing sky. Best view and gardens ever, highly recommend. Just ensure you’re comfortable with a shared bathroom, yet not many people used it while we were there. In fact I think we had it mostly to ourselves.
