As the hotel is located close to a motorway, it's a good option for overnight stay when travelling south. However, may be a good choice for exploring the Mürzzuschlag region in future. Firstly, the service of the staff (especially Wolfgang) was the most welcoming and professional we have experienced our whole trip in Europe. Selena was excellent upon checkin, the facilities were fantastic and the value for money impressed us greatly. We loved the saunas and the surprise of the conservation and animal rescue facility next door was a bonus! We also were surprised with the variety of the included breakfast wow! Thanks for such a good stop over and we wish we could have stayed longer!

I am a long time fan of the Kongress Hotel for so many reasons. It remains my pick as the softest bed in Europe and the most perfect sleep! The hotel staff is excellent and I really enjoyed getting to speak to them and to discuss about Leoben! Great showers with lots of hot water and super clean rooms. I needed a place to prepare a presentation - and the room was perfect for that as well. Thank you to the whole staff for such a absolutely wonderful stay!

Niklasdorf doesn't really offer anything.

Niklasdorf doesn't really offer anything. We stayed in Niklasdorf because we were visiting another city and all the hotels were sold out. I would not recommend to travel to Niklasdorf as a vacation destination. I would only recommend it as a location for sleeping to check out the surrounding areas.

A good place to relax after a long journey.

A good place to relax after a long journey. Spacious apartment with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and, of course, a bathroom. We stayed as a four-person transit guest. The place met our expectations. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
