Our stay at Hotel Erika was extremely pleasant. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the rooms are extremely clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly, with special praise for Mr. Nenad who helped us with useful information. The food in the hotel is excellent, the swimming pools are nice, the gym is well equipped, the ski locker room is very spacious. Our vacation at Hotel Erika was one of the best, its location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the center. Very peaceful surroundings and very kind people. We haven't even left yet, but we already want to come back... I hope we will have the opportunity to stay in hotel Erika again :)

The beautiful location at the foot of the mountain and at walking distance (downhill :) from Kitzbuhel centre, the cosy room(next time we would like a bigger one!), the views, the gardens, the rich and tasty breakfast (9 types of honey!), the spa but ABOVE ALL the staff with their attention to detail and care for all our needs!! We knew this place before, especially the great restaurant. We spent 3 nights at the Auwirt. Right from the beginning/start of the booking, the staff, especially Marek was unbelievably kind and helpful. We briefly met Nils, the owner, and the very nice cleaning lady. They were all super attentive! We went there with two dogs and it was absolutely no problem. Once you get out to the backside of the hotel, there is beautiful nature. Can't wait to get back there. Highly recommended +++++

Not really sure why this hotel gained such relatively low rating? Everything was good - hotel has been renovated, so the rooms are comfortable and very clean. Staff is extremely helpful and trying to meet everyone's needs. Food (half-board) was very good and plenty. There is a sauna which you can use every day. Location is close to Kitzbühel and easy to get to ski slopes (by car or skibus). We really enjoyed our short stay there a lot!

Staff was trying to be nice but only little english and no german :-( Breakfast was poor, no fresh machine coffee, runout of bread and cutlery, cold cuts of poor quality and not nice presented! Cups for coffee without saucers or paper cups to choose from. First time I see such poor standards in an Austrian Hotel.

This is my third stay at this lovely family run hotel. The service, healthy food, location & comfort are all excellent. Owing to a last minute problem for my husband I ended up travelling solo but I was very well-looked after!
