Our experience at this hotel was truly excellent! We were very pleased to receive our room earlier than expected, which made our day much easier. The room was beautiful and spacious. As a bonus, we received a sweet gift from the hotel upon arrival, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, as was the gentleman who assisted us with our luggage. The only small note would be for the older gentleman, likely the concierge standing near the reception, to be a bit more cheerful. However, this was just a minor detail that didn’t affect our overall impression. The hotel offers great services and lovely rooms. We especially thank the entire staff for making our anniversary even more special and turning our stay into an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this hotel and give it a 10 out of 10! Once again, thank you for the warm welcome and for the early check-in.

Everything was good, right from cleanliness, location, public transport, things to do around, breakfast, the staff, accessibility to Salzburg. Our room had small kitchen with plates, microwave, stove top, refrigerator. They have indoor and outdoor play area. Free parking. Free coffee round the clock. This was truly an exceptional stay. We went to this hotel for a relaxing few days in spa and it was beyond our expectations. Starting from rooms and ending with the food - everything was great. You can even order to sleep on the herbal pillows - which gives you an extra relaxation. Spa is really great with many saunas and swimming pools, natural lake. Definitely will come back!

Literally, one of the best hotels we’ve ever booked! Hosts were welcoming and friendly. Provided lots of information on the region, including restaurants, things to do, places to visit etc. Rooms were clean and comfortable. High quality materials and great comfort in all areas. And the SPA - we were amazed by the spa and the pools! Never expected such a great relax and spa zone. You have access to a spa bar, calm relax zone, and as many towers as you might need! This was the first time I was not supposed to ask for a dry towel. Also, the breakfast was delicious - great variety and good food quality. Nearby, there is an Italian restaurant - a must visit for dinner. Last but not least - free parking, e-charging station and private lake! And the lake! Wow, such a beauty! 10/10 and this is the first time I am giving such a rating on booking!

Really Small luxury Hotel - in the heart of the city, on an ancient street in an ancient authentic building, but at the same time with an amazing designer renovation, comfortable beds and generous space - this hotel is our love. The staff is fantastically helpful and friendly. Ulrika is simply charming. The hotel has one of the best Austrian cuisine restaurants in the city. The guys from the restaurant are just top-notch professionals. We really felt like we were being taken care of.
