The property is literally at the bottom of the slopes, about 10 meters walk to the ski lift. The slopes can be admired from the restaurant and it makes for an amazing ski holiday location. The staff were friendly and prepared to go the extra mile to ensure that all of our needs were met. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The wifi is reliable and strong. The breakfast has a good variety of food, which was all tasty. There was an opportunity to attend a spa at Zirve's sister hotel Shahdag for free, which was much appreciated. I only wish I knew about it before arriving as swimming costume is required.

We had a beautiful view with a balcony, with heated room & bathroom. Restaurant on site with service till late night. Breakfast is great condering the location. They had a head chef with a sou chef on site. Only 3 km from restort activities, taxi service available.

I really liked the location—it’s close to many activities and about a 10-minute drive from Hashdag Mountain. The resort itself offers plenty of activities, making it a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly, and the customer service was excellent!

The house was amazing.. The host did every effort to make it comfortable for us.. The house is new.. Everything looks like we are using it for first time.. Every basic amnity was available. The room view was outstanding.. The bathrooms were clean and hot water was there.. We loved it..

High in the mountains with nice temperature in the heat of...

High in the mountains with nice temperature in the heat of the summer. take a jacket with you! There is not much to do if you are not a hiker. There is a beautiful man made lake, you can get on the teleferik. a slide, there are iglo like tables with a fireplace. there is a small cafe stand with food , drinks and Shisha. There are a few stores but they are closed during the summer.

Everything about Shahdag was great.

Everything about Shahdag was great. From smooth check-in to excellent staff. The guest relation department was super helpful and had a warm reception, especially Kamila. The general manager, Mr Sabuhi Ismahilov, was also very helpful, offering cake and 30 min Jacuzzi time as complimentary for my birthday. He would be seen engaging with and checking on guests. The breakfast buffet was superb, as there was at least something for everyone. We ate dinner at the 4th-floor restaurant, and the service was good. The food was great. It's easy to get around Shahdag, there is a local shuttle bus, rollercoaster and chairlifts.For nature lovers you can easily walk around and enjoy the beautiful nature! Lot's of activities offered it's great.

you have to listen to your customer and make some exception for the rare situation ... i have tried many many times to let you know you that i will not be able to reach the hotel because my flight was cancelled due to the war .. but you insist to take my money without any care

Gondola ride , takes you to the top.

Gondola ride , takes you to the top. Only part Covered in Snow in March end. Other places, not much of snow. We had a snowfall just before travel or else, we would have been slightly disappointed. Best time would be Dec-Feb. Wont recommend self-drive at all, especially for families.

The Park Chalet Hotel was very comfortable and with a beautiful view of Shadagh mountain peak, providing the perfect backdrop for a memorable stay. The surroundings were just as impressive.Shadagh created some unforgettable memories with its charming ambiance and their food also delicious. Highly recommend.

We had awesome experience in summers, everything is beautiful. The only major problem is finding good food around. There were no buffet options in nearby hotels for lunch and dinner or any other local shops, everything closes around 6.30pm. While ordering in hotel restaurants is very expensive and food portions are small so plan accordingly. We enjoyed all the activities such as Shahdag coaster, cable cars which takes you on top of all surrounding mountains and zip line. Special thanks to Elton for overall support.

Nice location, very big, busy and popular hotel in the area. Our room had nice mountain views and nice sitting area from the balcony. Staff was attentive. Spa facilities were good. Pool bit small and crowded in winter, off peak time also. Lot of surrounding area activities to keep one busy. Breakfast restaurant was super busy, but well handled by the staff.

Everything about the hotel was worth the money spent. Rooms were huge, spacious , and extremely clean . The balcony view was excellent. Free swimming and play area for kids. Food was amazing, more than 100 items to choose from . A must place to stay at shahdag for sure

Price / location combination. Ideal for skiing in Shahdag if you have a car - takes around 25 minutes on straight road to get to ski lifts, but 3-4 times cheaper than hotels in resort itself. You also get a separate bungalow, with a nice view.
