Though the stay was expensive, but it was worth its money. Very well thoughtfully made program offers a balance between wild nature observation and comfortable hotel stay. I would like to highlight the way that hotel works with customers: every chalet has their own chosen language speaking guide who helps with any question at any time. We were lucky to have very friendly and experienced guide named Fabiano. Me and my wife are very grateful to him and wish him all the best.

we had a great stay here before and after our trek into the Amazon. the staff were lovely, did a great breakfast and the rooms very spacious, modern and clean. only downside was the wifi sometimes wasn’t great, but apart from that it was amazing.

It was clean and comfortable..The staff were very polite, if rather formal. The breakfast was very good.

Rooms are spacious and clean, everything works great, and the staff will go the extra mile to make your stay an excellent one. There's an entrance directly into the Mall, so you can easily go dine or shop. Breakfast has many options, from fresh fruit to cheeses and coffee. All very tasty and well thought.
