The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. A welcome food hamper was waiting for us in our room. A clean room with a very comfortable bed. We had a fridge, and a coffee machine as standard, but there was also a free coffee machine (with a variety of different coffees) available to use at any time near reception.

The room was spacious and comfortable, stunning view from our 4th floor window and it even had a coffee machine which was just a lovely touch. The breakfast was the best continental/hot breakfast combo options I experienced during my trip through Vancouver Island. They even had a pool which was such a treat after 2 weeks traveling. Loved the place. Stunning areas like Campbell River, Oyster River and Elk Falls are less than an hour's from there.

First of all, the hostess, Veena, is a very nice, friendly and kind lady. I am so happy to meet her. I enjoyed talking with her while having lovely breakfast with home made jam, which impressed me.
