The hotel is beautiful. Lovely staff. Good location. They give you a bus pass to use during your stay. Bus stop is right outside the hotel. The room we got was big with a seating area...very cosy. The view is amazing! Quiet room and corridors. Modern bathroom. Radiator in the bathroom. The room is not air conditioned, but it wasn't bad..being in July. It was 19C outside. Breakfast room is beautiful! Breakfast buffet was continental with scrambled eggs..and bacon. Parking available in a garage under the hotel...upto 2.3m. You have to check-in first, because the room e-card allows you to get into the garage. Will definitely stay here again!

10/10 to all the Portuguese staff working at the Bernina Bed and Breakfast, and specially to Ana who was managing the reception. Without her and the rest of the team our stay would’ve been much more difficult when my partner fell ill and we had to extend our stay in Davos without any notice during peak time so she could go to hospital on Jan 1st and 3rd. On the friday when the hotel was full we were relocated to Face aparthotel and Ana even drove us there herself and helped us with our bags. Muito obrigado Ana y equipo! Our room was very nice with views over Jakobshorn and everything was spotless. Breakfast was also very good!

I arrived on the afternoon of a festival where the one-way Promenade was traffic free. With many street food stalls, music and a lot of public. The walk around the lake was enjoyable and also a trip up to Jakobshorn of reduced ticket prices (Fr. 18.- return, make sure that at the top you can get through the turnstile and not pay for the downhill journey like we did. Got a refund at the cash desk at the bottom though) for hotel guests with the tourist card. Also free travel on the the nostalgic train to Filisur and back and on all buses was a bonus. Scenery is splendid, and if you're a train enthusiast, it's the place to be for the Bernina or Glacier Express. Can recommend a bite to eat or just Coffee and Cake at Kaffee Klatsch on the Promenade. Schatzalp is just a funicular away and you'll feel lifted back to the beginning of the last century.

Davos - and Klosters - are great for holidays in summer and...

Davos - and Klosters - are great for holidays in summer and winter. skiing and nordic skiing anyway. But in summer there is the lake for kayaking or surfing or - if you don't mind the cold water - swimming. The mountains for downhill biking or hikes. The outdoors are second to none. In addition Davos offers a fantastic cultural program for visitors. Concerts, Young Artists or established orchestras etc. --- you can get special and unique experiences there. I highly recommend to look at the visitors or guest program by the DavosKlosters Tourist Board. From disc-golf to carriage rides, archery or visits by historic bus to Monstein brewery -- a divers and fabulous array of offers, you can only book them 2 weeks in advance but it's so worth it. Loads to do, adventure park, playgrounds and so much more. And you can get anywhere by bus or train.

Davos and Klosters, wonderful places to visit in Summer (excursions) and in Winter (skiing), nature, mountains, landscape, good restaurants. Not to mis is the walk or coach-drawn carriage excursion from Klosters to Montbiel and Alp Garfiun.

Davos is a lovely city. Lots of walking/cycling routes.

Davos is a lovely city. Lots of walking/cycling routes. I recommend walking around Davos Lake. Trains/Buses are always on time and immaculate as for all of Switzerland. We had a lovely outdoor thermal swim in the local Wellness swimming pool called Eau-La-La, kids enjoyed the water slide.

Beautiful nature all around.

Beautiful nature all around. Parsens is a great place to ski with beautifull slopes. We didnt have time to explore other ski resorts around. Will try next time. They also have cross country skiing which i will try next time. There is a swimming pool and ice skating option in Davos. You can also visit Kirchners museum and admire his pictures. They have great backeries. You should try their Nut cake there. They have nice restaurants but the prices are really killing. It looks like there are only very wealthy people there who can pay all this. Reasonable option is to eat in Coop restaurant. We had a Christmas dinner at Angelo’s place which is a great place with a good food and very nice staff. We also liked Mountain’s Akt Bar. They had a good music and nice staff.

I was there for the annual running event "Davos X Trails".

I was there for the annual running event "Davos X Trails". I had time on my hands so I playds tourist for a few days. Summer is the quiet period in Davos and you find a lot of walkers there. All the scenic liftes were open and as the weather was great there were a lot of people enjoying the lifts , walks and general scenery. Highly recommended.

The Waldhotel is located near the center of Davos, you can choose the tourist promenade or a hike to the nearby hills, for example to the Schatzalp. There is also a funicular railway. The balcony with sunbeds and armchairs offers wonderful relaxation and views. The wellness center has a swimming pool. The staff is very helpful. The hotel restaurant offers excellent food. I warmly recommend! Parking available and included in the price of the accommodation.

This is our second time staying at the Precise Take Seehof Davos. A beautiful location, comfortable rooms and excellent location. What makes this hotel stand out is professional, friendly and engaging staff. For this reason, we will continue to return to this hotel. Additionally we had an excellent meal at the Stubli restaurant as well as drinks at the bar with very good service.

Great alpine hotel. We had a room overlooking the forest which was very cosy and also quiet. Full blackout curtains was great to have, slept like a baby. Spa area is good with nice pool and different saunas. Cross country tracks are literally across the road which was super convenient. For alpine skiing there are handy transfers to Parsenn and Jacobshorn.
