We had free access to the coffee machine and washing machine. The breakfast was good: We had fresh bread, salamis, milk, cereals, chees, etc. the rooms were clean, modern ans big. I would recommend this place.

absolutely amazing location in the middle of vineyards super clean and stylish room with all necessary facilities (incl. a coffee machine) really friendly and helpful staff high quality of the restaurant (obviously appreciated by many locals) including regional Swiss cuisine - the dinner was delicious I would definitely come back again

Very friendly cheerful welcome could not have been bettered. We are 3 long distance cyclists riding from the UK to Italy and really enjoyed or stay at the modern Hotel Alpina after some tough hilly but stunningly beautiful riding. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. No problem storing our 3 bikes in the secure reception area. We all 3 shared one big room which was no problem. Very comfortable. Great restaurant which is good because the Alpina is a little bit out of town. Good breakfast. All good. Would stay here again. Highly recommended.

The ideal location, right next to a highway, but that didn't...

The ideal location, right next to a highway, but that didn't bother you in the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was simply furnished, but met all our needs. Good breakfast. There was a restaurant with delicious food at a reasonable price.

Upon arrival in the evening, I discovered that 1 ceiling...

Upon arrival in the evening, I discovered that 1 ceiling light bulb was not working and the shower was leaking. I reported this to the reception in the morning. In the evening, upon arrival at the hotel, I discovered that no one had fixed it. There were no table lamps in the room and there were not enough hangers in the wardrobes. The wardrobes were not equipped for a long-term stay (poorly chosen storage spaces).

We enjoed so much our stay at the Grünsch Hotel. The staff is very friendly, starting from the reception and ending with the waiters in the restaurant (by the way, the food is super tasty and the atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant). The hotel is clean, the bed so comfy, the view from our room was nice. It is located next to the ski slope and has free parking spaces. Very satisfied. We will certainly return at this location.)

The people (the manager at the reception, the waiters and the cleaner etc) were super friendly, helpful and altogether! Very clean hotel and rooms, breakfast was tasty too. The dinner we ordered on a couple of occasions also didn’t disappoint. Overall, our experience was amazing and the location refreshing with stunning views!

Very nice hotel and restaurant, close to the highway but still very quiet surrounded by forest. Very spacious and free parking, good breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms. Extraordinary friendly and supportive staff. Great value for money.
