Even though we were only there for two days we were very pleased with the location of the hotel, it is close to a park which is beautifully lit in the evening. Staff very helpful w warm thanks to the main manager David who looked after us very well until the very end he was very kind and courteous. I hope we can come back here again sometime .

Staff were great and extremely helpful. The suites are lovely to stay in with wonderful views, the food in the main restaurant was delicious and had cuisines from around the world as well as local food. Mr Wang was a great concierge at the desk too

I like the way the staff supports me. Their breakfast was awesome, and the bed size was too good, and the sanitization staff was coming every day to clean the room.

Fabulous hotel just outside centre of Xi'An. Very funky style with trendy industrial decor. Friendly staff. Beautifully clean room with comfortable beds. Free Coffee in bar area. Would definitely stay again!

The reception staff were professional and responsive, especially Lead Guest Service Moon, who provided exceptional help in purchasing train tickets and later assisted us by phone in resolving issues at the station. Without her support, it would have been much more difficult. Many thanks to her.
