Location is superb – just 2 min walk to park entrance, really cannot get any closer. Breakfast is decent with good variety, and the gym is clean and functional. Staff are friendly and efficient, they speak good English and helped us book tickets and plan our day smoothly. Surrounding area has lots of shops and food options, very convenient for last-minute buys or supper. Overall a very practical and well-located hotel. Would definitely recommend!

We are very pleased to have come across this hotel. A huge thank you to all the staff especially Hu who showed great care and kindness and was very helpful to us. ☺️ The hotel is ideally located with a beautiful view of the park and beautiful rooms where you can sip delicious Chinese tea. In addition, the hotel offers delicious local dishes prepared by chefs who are clearly masters of their craft. ☺️ All staff very smiling Friendly and very positive towards their guests . Clean spacious rooms with a beautiful view of the national park. ☺️ The hotel staff and the owners will not receive five stars from us but with full responsibility we award six stars 👍🏼☺️. Finally, we would like to add a small detail that even though we didn't have our flight until around midnight, we were able to stay at the hotel and relax in nature with beautiful views of the park. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The views are absolutely stunning, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable – it felt like a cozy mountain cabin with modern touches. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Location is perfect for exploring the national park, and the breakfast was delicious with fresh local options. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We truly enjoyed our stay as a couple. The hotel has an excellent location with everything you need nearby, yet the atmosphere is quiet and not crowded with tourists. The rooms are very clean, and the service is outstanding. Even when the “Do Not Disturb” sign was on, staff thoughtfully left bottled water and toiletries outside the door. A special mention goes to Scott, who welcomed us warmly upon arrival. He explained everything clearly, created a detailed route for exploring the park, and gave us many helpful tips — his support made our stay even more memorable.
