It is a very cozy place in the hilly area not far from Trier. The wooden decoration is beautiful. They serve a very good Kellerbier and different kinds of Schnitzel. We also liked their fried mushrooms. The guy at reception and the restaurant is very friendly and helpful. Cheers.

Hotel really met all my expectations. I was quite satisfied with premises and every service it had to offer. Room and bathroom are very inteligently organized and decorated with a lot of taste. Location was excelent, and all the city atractions and transport points are in a walking distance. Staff very proffesional, polite and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

The room was large and comfortable. Super-friendly staff. The hotel is located close enough to the railway station and Porta Nigra, Arena is also within a walking distance. The breakfast is good value for money, given the variety and the quality, and also avoiding the need to look for a spot in the city.

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood.

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. Everything was clean and comfortable with all items we needed for the kitchen. Sitting on the balcony was beautiful and relaxing. Wish we could have stayed longer as this property was exceptional.

A somewhat lifeless village...probably perfect for serious hikers. The roads are reasonable, as is public transport. Traveling to Luxembourg by train is not recommended without proper preparation!

Wasserliesch doesn't have much to offer.

Wasserliesch doesn't have much to offer. Crossing the Moselle by ferry from Oberbillig is restricted, especially on weekends. You have to take the detour via Konz. You might as well stay somewhere else.

The hiking and cycling trails along the Moselle, Saar, and...

The hiking and cycling trails along the Moselle, Saar, and Sauer (Syr) rivers are a wonderful experience, especially in autumn. Equally rewarding are the hikes along the upper vineyard paths, offering breathtaking views of the valleys below. Sailing on the Moselle is also highly recommended, as is exploring the rivers by kayak or canoe.

Highly recommended any time, even in winter. The staff were friendly, the food was good, the elevator was very important to me, breakfast was more than adequate, and the coffee was simply excellent. Everything is easily accessible due to the central location, yet completely surrounded by nature. WE WILL BE BACK

A beautiful place. Many houses have been renovated. Cleanliness is excellent. A very lovely spot. The Moselle River is easily accessible via an underpass. There's also a beautiful hiking trail, perfect for relaxing.

What made the stay for us was the staff. One lovely gentleman welcomed us so warmly, helping us to stow our bikes, providing us with local recommendations, and personally saying bye to each guest in the restaurant before leaving for the end of his shift! The hotel is nestled in the forest down a winding lane which made for a lovely ‘escape’. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely shower. The restaurant had a buffet salad bar and nice, pub-style food.

The place is clean, cosy and so well located. went for business trip as not far away from main cities around for good price but I think a weekend there would have been nice too. Staff is welcoming and helpful. breakfast is correct and you have everything you need - hotel staff organised it for the hour I needed it and one person was there to ask if something else is needed.

The hotel itself is ok, but the restaurant is absolutely exceptional. We didn't expect much, since it's pretty much in a middle of nowhere, but eventually that was the best meal we had during this trip in Germany.
